Tideway is looking for a (Civil) Engineer:

Your assignment:

As an engineer you will work within the engineering department. The engineering department provides engineering support to the key processes within Tideway: Project Acquisition and Project Execution. Support to the Project Execution process consists of support during project preparation and execution, but also includes analysis of project feedback upon completion of a project. Support to Project Acquisition consists of engineering support for preparation of tenders, preparation of specific studies for Clients and may also include business development activities, such as presentations to new Clients etc.

So, in support of the Engineering Manager, you will carry out engineering calculations, prepare procedures and method statements, develop spreadsheets and software, be involved in the development of new equipment and performance of specialist studies.

Your profile:

You are a graduate or experienced (3 to 5 years) engineer with civil, mechanical or dredging engineering education;
You are interested in providing a link between technical knowledge and practical approach;
You are flexible, and, in time, are prepared to travel abroad regularly and/or for short periods;
You are a teamplayer;
You have a thorough knowledge of English.
