TTM Gas Pipeline

The Trans Thailand Malaysia (TTM) Project Gas Pipeline System comprises of the installation of a 34“ concrete coated subsea gas pipeline connecting the CKR platform in the JDA Block A18 to a tie-in point onshore near Songkla, Southern Thailand.

Tideway’s overall scope of work in JV included the pre-trench dredging and backfilling of a nearshore pipeline trench by means of Cutter Suction Dredger and DI613 spreader pontoon with primary and secondary silt screen arrangement.

The dredging scope was divided into two sections:

Section A: HDD Exit Pit section
Section B: Pipeline section / Transition Section
After pipe lay, the trench was backfilled with natural original excavated material.
